Warner Philips

Warner Philips is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in venture capital and impact investing. As Managing Partner at Rubio Impact Ventures since March 2015, Warner focuses on empowering entrepreneurs aiming for significant change. Current board memberships include Lingvist, SkillLab, and SkinVision, along with a venture advisor role at FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank. Warner also contributes to the Dutch VC community through the Nederlandse Vereniging van Participatiemaatschappijen. Other engagements include angel investing in Powerhive and serving as a board observer for OLIO and Sama. Warner's academic foundation includes a Master's degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam and studies at the London Business School.
