Rosemary Jones

Rosemary Jones is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at OLIPOP PBC since February 2025. Previously, Jones held the position of Vice President of People at Two Chairs from December 2022 to February 2025 and served as the Global Vice-President/Head of People at Allbirds from 2020 to December 2022. Prior roles include Senior Director of People Business Partners for E-Commerce and Sales at The RealReal, Director of Employee Relations at SEPHORA, and various human resources leadership positions at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco School of Management.
