Ana Carina Pinelo

Ana Carina Pinelo has a diverse work experience primarily in the field of human resources. Ana Carina started their career as an HR Trainee at Faurecia in 2013, where they provided support in training management and temporary employee contractual management. Ana Carina also assisted in updating and analyzing indicators and contributed to the company's internal publications. After that, they worked as an HR Technician at Talenter™ from November 2013 to December 2015. In this role, they handled various HR tasks, including recruitment and selection, client management, HR administrative tasks, payroll processing support, human resources integration, and assessments. Ana Carina also had experience with SAP, GTT, and AHRNET systems. Subsequently, they joined Logista as an HR Technician in March 2016, where they remained until December 2016. In this position, they further developed their HR skills and knowledge. Later, they joined Kelly - Portugal as an Account Manager in December 2016 and held the position until March 2018. Finally, Ana Carina Pinelo became an HR Manager at Olisipo in March 2018, where they were responsible for HR management.

Ana Carina Pinelo obtained a Licentiate degree in Human Resource Management from the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, completed between 2010 and 2014. Ana Carina furthered their education by pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Business Management at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa from 2017 to 2018.
