Luís Janeiro Rosa

Luís Janeiro Rosa has a comprehensive work experience in IT and project management. Luís is currently working as a Project Delivery Manager at Olisipo since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Manager from September 2021 to May 2023. Luís also served as an ITSM Consultant at Vodafone through Olisipo from May 2016 to September 2021. Luís Janeiro Rosa has a long association with Flow Options where they held various roles including Solutions Architect, Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, and BMC Remedy ITSM Senior Consultant & Solutions Architect from 2005 to 2016. Luís also worked as a Technical Account Manager at Art of Knowledge from 2005 to 2016. Additionally, they worked briefly as a BMC Remedy ITSM Senior Consultant & Solutions Architect at Grupo Rumos in 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked at Telindus Portugal as an IT Consultant and at SOL-S as a Remedy Consultant. Luís began their career as a Coordenador TI PF-Lojas at Papelaria Fernandes.

Luís Janeiro Rosa attended Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Informática de Gestão and completed their 2º Ano. In 1983, they started studying Ciências da Computação e Informática at Liceu Pedro Nunes, and they continued their education there until 1989.

In terms of additional certifications, Luís obtained a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification from ServiceNow in November 2021.

Later in their career, Luís pursued further education in Project Management. Luís completed a Scrum Master course at Olisipo Learning Center in 2018 and a PMP - Project Management Profissional course at the same institution in 2017.
