Mariana Dalvi

Mariana Dalvi has extensive experience in product management and customer experience, currently serving as Group Product Manager at Olist since February 2015, where prior roles included Lead Product Manager and Product Manager. Mariana also contributed to Olist as Coordenadora de negócio, Coordenadora de Operações, and Analista de Operações. Between October 2018 and October 2020, Mariana taught Customer Experience at Aldeia, focusing on structuring customer service and experience. Prior experience includes a position as Business Development Analyst at Solidarium, which transitioned into Olist, and legal roles at Capital Realty. Mariana holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and a certification in Contract Management from ISAE.
