Mohammed Younus Farooqui

Mohammed Younus Farooqui has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on hospital design, management, and engineering. Mohammed started their career in 1990 at Apollo Hospitals, where they worked as a Biomedical professional until 2002. After that, they joined Apolo Hospital Group as a Manager Biomedical, responsible for developing a medical equipment database, equipment planning, evaluation, and maintenance management. In 2003, Farooqui became the Managing Director of Cedara Healthcare Pvt Ltd, where they provided hospital design and management consultancy services. Mohammed then joined Al Reem Hospico Co LLC in 2006 as an Engineering Manager, involved in business process reengineering, strategic planning, and hospital engineering service design. Farooqui also worked at Shen Milsom & Wilke as a Senior Consultant in 2016, delivering equipment-related reports, coordinating equipment placement drawings, and conducting acceptance tests. Mohammed held engineering management roles at EIN Healthcare, focusing on the design development of mobile healthcare solutions and equipping hospital facilities. Currently, Farooqui serves as the Director of Strategy & Projects at Olive Hospitals Pvt. Ltd.

Mohammed Younus Farooqui received their pre-university education from Little Flower Junior College between the years 1984 and 1986. Mohammed pursued their MSc in Bioengineering from the University of Strathclyde from 1992 to 1993. Later, they completed their MBA in Marketing from Osmania University from 2000 to 2002.
