Established in 2002, Olive & Ivy is a part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, a privately owned company that began as a single restaurant in Tucson in 1998. With 14+ concepts and over 50 locations, we view every restaurant as a unique opportunity to connect with our guests. We source premium ingredients to ensure a quality Mediterranean experience for all our guests and create a relaxing environment that feels timelessly elegant.

No matter how busy it gets throughout the day, our team’s dedication and passion never falters. From our chefs sautéing the Lamb Meatballs to the hosts extending a warm Riviera welcome to everyone who walks through the doors, we’re here to create the perfect experience for our guests. Here, every team member is constantly given the opportunity to show their talents by way of making sure that our guests are served and satisfied. Become part of Olive & Ivy’s team and we will help hone your craft and skills.
