Sarah Leech Aucutt

Sarah Leech Aucutt has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Sarah started their career as a Corporate Finance Summer Intern at Oakley in 2009. In 2010, they worked as an Investor Relations Intern at Caye Partners and as an Investment Banking/ECM Summer Intern at Roth Capital Partners. Sarah then joined Citi in 2011 as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst.

At Citi, Sarah held multiple roles, including Investment Banking Financial Analyst, where they worked on M&A deals and supported deal teams. Sarah also served as an Investment Banking Associate in the Consumer Group, specializing in retail, consumer products, and homebuilding. Sarah contributed to various debt, equity, and M&A transactions and helped train analysts within the Consumer Group.

In 2015, Sarah joined The Honest Company as a Manager of Strategic Projects and later moved up to become a Brand Marketing Manager. Sarah was then promoted to Senior Brand Manager, overseeing the Baby Personal Care, Vitamins, and Formula business. In July 2017, they became the Associate Director, Brand Marketing, Strategy & Product Management, leading the Honest Baby vertical and a team of two direct reports. Sarah developed and implemented consumer-led strategies and action plans across direct-to-consumer and retail businesses.

In 2018, Sarah joined Skylar as the Head of Marketing, responsible for marketing strategy and execution. Sarah then joined Olive & June in 2019, initially as the General Manager/Head of Marketing and later as the COO/Head of Marketing. Currently, they hold the position of COO/CRO at Olive & June, where they are responsible for overseeing operations and revenue growth.
