Nancy Celia Rose Kujawinski is a co-founder of What Up Pitches, where Nancy Celia Rose has contributed since July 2019, and serves as a Teaching Artist for the Poetry Pals program with Olive Tree Arts Network since August 2018. With a robust background in music, Nancy has been a professional singer/songwriter through Celia Rose Music since January 2001, teaching songwriting, writing songs, and performing. Previous experience includes a role as a Songwriter Teaching Assistant at Kid Pan Alley during a songwriting residency in September 2015, and as a Songwriting/Music Teacher at Lycee Louis Pasteur in Calgary in early 2013. Additionally, from August 2006 to June 2009, Nancy taught songwriting to students from kindergarten to eighth grade at Harlem Children's Zone. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Music Education and Music Composition from New York University, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and French from Washington University in St. Louis.
