Transformation Director at OLIVER

Darren Forsyth has extensive work experience in the creative and design industry. Darren is currently employed at OLIVER as a Transformation Director, responsible for implementing and onboarding new accounts within the group. Darren ensures successful launches and takes the lead in risk assessment and relationship management. Prior to this, Darren worked at We Are Hydrogen as a Creative Director, overseeing the digital creative output for multiple clients. Darren led a team and ensured client expectations were met. Before that, they worked at OLIVER Agency for 8 years, initially as a Design Team Leader and later as a Senior Account Manager. During their tenure, they grew the AXA Business Insurance account revenue by 600% and maintained a retained business. Darren also contributed to the onboarding of Tesco Bank. Earlier in their career, Darren held various design roles at Gael Ltd, MacDonald Hotels, Hilton eBusiness, Newsquest Herald & Times, and The Scotsman. Overall, Darren has a strong background in leadership, account management, and creative design.

Darren Forsyth obtained their BA (Hons) degree in Applied Graphic Design with Multimedia from Glasgow Caledonian University from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Glasgow College of Building and Printing from 1999 to 2000, where they pursued an HND degree in Multimedia Design. Additionally, Darren has obtained certifications such as the National Sports First Aid from Hampden Sports Clinic in November 2021 and PVG certification from Disclosure Scotland in December 2020.
