David Tomlinson has a diverse work experience in the fields of operations, creative services, and digital management. David started their career at TWP Apps as a Project Manager from September 2009 to February 2011. David then joined Tag Worldwide - Unilever as a Digital Manager/Senior Digital Project Manager from February 2011 to October 2015, where they led a team of 20+ across 4 global sites and oversaw the digital creative and production process for H&M. David also worked as a Digital Manager on contract from October 2015 to February 2016, leading a team and managing the digital creative and production process for the same brand. From February 2016 to July 2016, they served as the Digital Lead on contract at Tag Worldwide - Unilever.

In 2016, David joined OLIVER Agency as a Sr Creative Services Manager, responsible for building and managing the newly formed U-Studio on-site agency teams for Unilever. From August 2018 to January 2020, they worked as a Creative Services Director at OLIVER Agency. Currently, they hold the role of Operations Director (Commercial Team) at OLIVER Agency since January 2020. In this role, they are responsible for the growth and profitability of the business across a global client portfolio, using their strong operational knowledge and analytical mindset to control costs, uplift revenue, and deliver improved margin return. David also establishes strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the C-suite, to gain confidence and trust in their recommendations and final decision-making.

David Tomlinson attended De Montfort University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in BSc (Hons) Multimedia Computing.
