These included establishing revenue stretch targets, initiating an annual growth conference for 75 top client-facing managers, overhauling the new business incentive structure, introducing weekly guidance process and advanced pipeline analytics, re-aligning accountabilities around global practices and multi-practice client portfolios, publishing a personalized bonus calculator to tie employee performance to reward, and adding a weekly focus on beating key competitors.
