Luca De Luise has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in graphic design, multimedia editing, and book selling. Starting in 2000, Luca worked as a Multimedia Editor at Softmedia - Englishear Systems, where they gained exposure to vector design software and developed graphic design skills. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Bookseller at Librerie Feltrinelli and Libreria Mondadori. In 2004, they joined Graphiservice as a Graphic Designer, where they worked on desktop publishing, page layouts, illustrations, and picture scanning. In 2006, Luca started their own freelance business, providing brand identity, illustrations, advertisement, and web design services. Luca often managed small teams of junior designers for larger projects. From 2010 to 2011, Luca worked as a Senior Digital Designer at BrandAlley, producing marketing materials and retouching photos for luxury brands. From 2011 to 2015, they served as the Head of Design at London Business Conferences Group, managing an in-house design team and overseeing graphic design processes for B2B events. From 2015 to 2017, Luca worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, specializing in brand identity development and producing print and digital assets for marketing campaigns. Most recently, since 2017, they have been the Lead Designer at OLIVER Agency, responsible for designing across digital, print, and video for AXA UK & Ireland in-house studio. Luca manages multi-channel campaign implementations and delivers creative responses to marketing briefs.

In 1992, they began their studies at the Università degli Studi di Bari, where they pursued a degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. This program lasted for eight years, and they successfully completed their degree in 2000.
