Max Leach

Max Leach currently serves as the Senior Global Programme Director at OLIVER Agency since January 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing a diverse global portfolio aligned with strategic objectives and providing mentorship to the delivery community. Previously, Max held the position of Global Programme Director, managing delivery and operations for content production studios and integrating Generative AI into studio operations. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Digital and Executive Producer at Advertising Production Resources, Director of Program Management at various digital and integrated agencies, Director of Production at AKQA, Program Director at Razorfish, Engagement Manager at Organic, Sr. Director of eCommerce at Tommy Hilfiger, and VP of eCommerce at MTV Networks, where significant contributions were made in developing digital strategies and managing multi-million dollar projects. Max holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Iowa Writer's Workshop and a BA in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
