Theresa Ferrari

Theresa Ferrari has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Theresa is currently working as a Campaign Manager at OLIVER Agency since April 2021. Prior to this, from November 2018 to April 2021, they worked as a Freelance CRM Specialist at Tefe Consulting, where they provided guidance and hands-on experience in CRM projects for the financial services industry.

Theresa also has experience in customer management and marketing. From March 2016 to April 2017, they were the Head of Customer Management at Assurant, where they optimized the customer experience across various channels and increased renewals and retention. Before that, they took a career break to manage a house renovation project from February 2015 to February 2016.
