Christopher Shearer-Wright

Christopher Shearer-Wright is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion, currently serving as Senior Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Oliver Bonas since October 2012. Throughout this tenure, Christopher has held various roles including Learning & Inclusion Manager and Store Manager, showcasing expertise in driving sales and establishing strong interdepartmental relationships. In addition to responsibilities at Oliver Bonas, Christopher has been a Mentor for Mentor Black Business since November 2021 and served as a Board Trustee for Mosaic LGBT+ Young Persons' Trust from April 2023 to May 2024, contributing to the support and education of young LGBT+ individuals. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Marketing from Glasgow Caledonian University (2008-2012).
