Joelleen Cunningham

Joelleen Cunningham is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer account management, administrative support, and teaching. Currently serving as a Customer Account Specialist at Oliver Fire Protection & Security since March 2015, Joelleen has also held roles as an Assistant Retention Coordinator and Sales Administrator, where responsibilities have included sales support, retention, and scheduling. Prior experience includes serving as an Office Coordinator and Inspection Coordinator at Fire Protection Industries Inc, overseeing payroll, invoicing, and inspection scheduling. Joelleen began a career in education as a Preschool Teacher at Chesterbrook Academy, focusing on lesson planning and student safety. Additional experience as a Childcare Provider and Administrative Assistant round out a well-rounded skill set. Joelleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Shippensburg University and a Teaching Certification in Elementary Education from West Chester University.
