Alex Anderson

Alex Anderson has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, with their most recent role as Vice President at Oliver James. In this position, they oversee the Contract Division across North America, focusing on areas such as Actuarial, Accounting & Finance, Underwriting/Claims, and Business Change & Transformation. Alex is responsible for introducing talented individuals to organizations and ensuring that both parties benefit from their experiences. Prior to joining Oliver James, they held the position of Senior Associate Vice President at the same company. Before that, Alex worked at Hays as a Principal Consultant, where they managed a full 360 contract desk for Civil & Structural Engineering in the East Midlands region. Alex collaborated with local authorities and engineering consultancies to recruit contract professionals. In 2016, Alex was selected for the Hays Future Leaders program, demonstrating their potential for management roles.

Alex Anderson attended Loughborough University from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. After completing their undergraduate studies, Alex enrolled at the University of Derby in 2014 to further their education. In 2015, they successfully completed a post-graduate course in Education, specializing in the field of study.
