Amelia Montoya

Amelia Montoya began their work experience in 2013 as an intern at Utah State University Public Relations and Marketing. Later that year, they worked as a Media Relations Intern at Dr. Phil. From 2013 to 2015, Amelia served as a Lead Recruiter at Lassen Group, specializing in Information Technology recruiting in Southern California. Following that, they worked as a Talent Engagement Manager at Strategic Employment Partners (SEP, Inc.) from 2015 to 2017. Since 2017, Amelia has been with Oliver James, starting as an Associate in their Life, Health & Pensions Actuarial Search team in the Americas. Amelia has steadily progressed within the company, holding positions such as Senior Associate, Managing Associate, and Senior Managing Associate. Currently, Amelia serves as an Associate Vice President focusing on the Life & Annuities Actuarial sector.

Amelia Montoya completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Utah State University from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Mission Viejo High School from 2005 to 2009, however, no degree or field of study is specified.
