Gary Rushton

Gary Rushton serves as the Regional Executive Director for Oliver James in the UK and Ireland, a position held since January 2023, following a long tenure with the company that began in February 2007. In this role, Gary is responsible for driving strategic performance, innovation, and growth across UK divisions, while developing talented teams. Previous positions include Director for the Hong Kong office, focusing on Life Insurance capabilities, and Head of Actuarial Recruitment for the Asia Pacific region, where Gary specialized in servicing multinational insurance clients. Additionally, Gary has experience as Group Director at Trace from May 2019 to March 2023, where strategic insight was key to transforming the firm into a leading international entity. Gary holds a degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
