Kaylash Kukadia has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Kaylash began their career in 2005 at Royal Bank of Scotland, where they held positions as a Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Manager in Corporate Banking. During their time there, they worked closely with CFOs, FDs, MDs, and Heads of Finance, as well as built relationships with executives and professionals to identify and secure new corporate accounts. Kaylash also played a key role in initiating and closing corporate sales deals and establishing a regional sales framework.

In 2010, Kaylash joined Hays as a Technical Recruiter, where they focused on recruiting professionals with expertise in C++, Python, SAS, MATLAB, R, and SQL. Kaylash then moved on to Oliver James Associates in 2011, where they worked as a Managing Consultant in Actuarial on a contractual basis until 2015.
