Rick Davis has extensive work experience in the recruitment industry. Rick served as the Regional Managing Director for Oliver James, responsible for the strategy, performance, and growth of the UK, Switzerland, France, and Astral Legal businesses. Prior to that, they were the UK Director at Oliver James, overseeing various business specialisms and ensuring market-leading service to clients. Before their leadership roles, they worked as an Associate Director for permanent recruitment and for Actuarial, Risk, and Compliance at Oliver James. Additionally, Rick has experience as a Corporate Recruitment Consultant at Hays Banking and as a Financial Services Recruitment Consultant at Sphere Group.

From 2000 to 2003, Rick Davis attended The University of Sheffield, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies with a 2.1 classification.
