Valentina Meloni

Valentina Meloni has accumulated a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. VALENTINA started their career at CHEP ITALIA SRL in 2011, where they worked in Business Intelligence, providing support to customers and analyzing key performance indicators. In 2012, they moved to LPR (La Palette Rouge) and worked in Order-to-Cash and Customer Retention, managing relationships with customers and ensuring timely deliveries. VALENTINA then joined NCO Europe Ltd in 2013 as a B2C Collection specialist, managing debtors and maximizing revenue through negotiations.

Valentina then transitioned to Vf Northern Ltd the same year, working in OTC and credit risk assessment, setting credit limits and maintaining customer accounts. In 2014, they joined Robert McBride as an Order to Cash analyst, processing transactions and resolving customer queries. VALENTINA was later promoted to Account Receivable Team Leader, where they managed a team and ensured deadlines and targets were met.

In 2018, Valentina joined THG as the Head of Accounts Payable & Transformation, overseeing the Accounts Payable function and driving process improvements. VALENTINA later became the Head of Shared Services, leading a team of over 200 employees across different locations and setting the strategic direction for Finance Shared Services.

Most recently, in 2022, Valentina joined Oliver James as the Head of Financial Transactions. Currently, there is no end date listed for this role.

Valentina Meloni has a Master's degree in International Relations, specializing in International Commerce and European Integration. VALENTINA obtained this degree from Università degli Studi di Milano, where they studied from 2010 to 2013.

Prior to their Master's degree, Valentina Meloni completed a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Translation. VALENTINA attended Sapienza Università di Roma from 2006 to 2009 for this program.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Valentina Meloni also holds a Diploma in GBS from The Hackett Group, which they obtained in March 2019.
