Alex Thompson is an experienced specialist headhunter and Partner at Oliver Parks since February 2013, focusing on the US Microsoft and AWS sectors. With a background in IT and over 10 years in recruitment, Alex has maintained successful relationships with clients and candidates. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Associate for Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint serving major clients in the DACH region and as a Recruitment Consultant managing the Engineering & Technical desk at Kelburn. Alex began a career in the family business, Albert W Thompson Plumbing, gaining skills in marketing and IT administration. Alex holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology from Northumbria University and a Certificate of Recruitment Practice from the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.
