Micha Mondorf

Micha Mondorf is an experienced HR professional and systemic coach with a solid background in people and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior HR Manager at Oliver Schrott Kommunikation GmbH since July 2021, Micha has previously held roles including HR Manager at the same company and has operated Micha Mondorf Coaching since January 2020, focusing on individual and team development. Prior experience includes managing leadership and soft skills training at Miltenyi Biotec from 2016 to 2021, as well as various roles related to personnel and organizational development at Bundessprachenamt. Micha holds several degrees and certifications in coaching and education, including a Master’s in Adult Education with a focus on Psychology from Bundeswehr University Munich and a Master Graduate in Social and Organizational Psychology from John Jay College. Ongoing education includes training as a Psychodrama Practitioner and certifications in team coaching and business training.
