Dima Stepanchenko, FRM, has extensive experience in finance and risk management. As a Capital Treasury Expert and Product Owner for credit risk models validation at ING from June 2024 to March 2025, Dima honed expertise in capital management and risk analysis. Since March 2025, Dima has served as an Associate at Oliver Wyman. Prior positions include Manager at PwC Russia from November 2013 to November 2019 and Deputy Head of Corporate Portfolio Management at Sberbank from November 2019 to October 2022. Additionally, Dima has been a lecturer at the Higher School of Economics since September 2022, teaching courses on Risk Management in Commercial Banks and Foundations of Corporate Finance. Dima holds a Master of Science degree in Corporate Finance from Saint Petersburg State University, earned between 2008 and 2013.
