Dick Shrimplin has a rich work experience in the field of packaging design and structural engineering. Dick started their career at The Garber Company in 1986 as a Package Designer and Project Engineer, where they worked until 1998. Dick then moved on to The Shelby Company, where they served as the Director of Creative Services for eight years. In 2006, they joined The Shamrock Companies as the General Manager of the Packaging Division, and in 2009, they became the Director of Structural Design at Oliver Inc., where they currently manage the Package Design department. Dick's expertise lies in creating innovative solutions for folding carton, corrugated, and retail display structures.
Dick Shrimplin earned an Associate's Degree in Drafting and Design Technology/Technician, General from North Central State College. Dick attended the college from 1982 to 1986.
