Macc Alex Powell

Alex Powell, MAcc, currently serves as the Controller at Oliver Inc. since June 2023, following the acquisition of Tap Packaging. Previous roles at Tap Packaging + Design include Treasurer, Corporate Controller, and Assistant Controller, where leadership in financial management was demonstrated. From August 2014 to May 2019, Alex was an Assurance In-Charge at Plante Moran, overseeing assurance services engagements across various industries such as construction and manufacturing. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Assistant position at Bowling Green State University and an Audit/Tax Intern role at Plante Moran. Alex holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, both from Bowling Green State University.
