Dr. Jeff Doolittle

Dr. Jeff Doolittle has extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, and organizational consulting. Dr. Jeff is the Founder of Organizational Talent Consulting, providing executive and organizational development services. Dr. Jeff was previously the Program Director at Olivet Nazarene University and the Director of Talent Management at Gordon Food Service. Dr. Doolittle also held positions at Spectrum Health, Sears Holdings Corporation, Meijer, Pfizer, and Centeon L.L.C., where they contributed to various learning and development initiatives, such as designing learning content, implementing performance management strategies, and coordinating training programs.

Dr. Jeff Doolittle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Olivet Nazarene University in 1990. Dr. Jeff later pursued an M.B.A. from the same university, completing it in 1998. In 2016, they attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business for an Executive Development Program. Dr. Doolittle furthered their education at Regent University, where they earned a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) degree in Strategic Leadership from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including a Talent Optimization Consultant Certificate from The Predictive Index in January 2024, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in November 2021, and others.
