Jason Stephens

Jason Stephens, Ph.D., currently serves as the Vice President for Student Development at Olivet Nazarene University, where oversight includes a team of 105 in various areas such as Athletics, Residence Life, and Student Engagement. Previously, Jason held several leadership roles at Indiana Wesleyan University, including Dean of Student Engagement & Deputy Title IX Coordinator, where responsibilities emphasized student engagement and retention initiatives. Jason's earlier positions include Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Residence Life and Student Conduct at Anderson University, and roles at Houghton College and Greenville College focusing on student programs and residence education. Jason holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration with a focus on Higher Education Leadership from Indiana State University, along with a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, and Biblical Literature.
