Jake Jephcott

Jake Jephcott has extensive experience in business development roles. Jake started their career as the Director of Business Development at Olivia Business Centre in Gdansk in 2012. In this role, they focused on providing a profitable business platform for clients and facilitating their success through various essential streams such as talent pipeline, market access, networking, and education. Jake attracted global brands like Amazon, Nike, and Bayer, as well as national companies like Energa and Omida.

In 2018, Jake joined Pekabex as the Director of Business Development, where they also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board. Jake held this role until 2023, during which they played a key role in the company's growth and development.

In 2019, Jake took on the position of Chief Development Officer at Tonsa RAIF, where they continue to contribute to the company's development and success.

Jake Jephcott began their education at Stratford Upon Avon High School, where they studied from 1989 to 1994. Jake then went on to attend South Warwickshire College Of Further Education from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a BTEC ND in Design and Applied Arts. Jake's educational journey continued at the University of Warwick, where they enrolled in 1998 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies in 2002.
