Gemma Morera Villalonga has extensive experience in management and consultancy within the technology and business sectors. Currently serving as the CEO of Olivia since April 2016, Gemma has led the company as a Gold Partner of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Previously, from March 1993 to April 2016, Gemma held the position of Director of Projects and Consulting at AITANA. Earlier career roles included working as a consultant analyst at T&G Creative Group and as a researcher at Associació Bosch i Gimpera, contributing to the Economic Development Plan for Equatorial Guinea's agricultural sector. Gemma's academic background includes degrees in International Economics, Business Administration and Management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a management degree from Escola Superior de l'Institut Català de Tecnologia.
