Cara Callahan

Cara Callahan is an accomplished program and operations manager with extensive experience in the travel industry. Currently serving as Program Manager and Travel Operations Manager at Olivia Travel since May 2022, Callahan previously held roles at Backroads, including Trip Leader and Operations Expert, where multiple itineraries were launched and logistics were coordinated across departments. Additional experience includes serving as Co-President of the Best Buddies DePauw University Chapter, significantly increasing membership, and as Compliance Assistant at MDwise, Inc., where research on the Affordable Care Act impacted organizational operations. Callahan's background also encompasses community service leadership in the Alpha Phi fraternity and a summer internship focused on cycling events with Adaptive Adventures. Academic achievements include a degree from DePauw University and coursework at the School for International Training.
