James Doletzky

James Doletzky has worked in various financial roles throughout their career. James is currently the Chief Financial Officer at OVD Insurance starting from August 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Hometown Development Company from January 2022 to July 2023 and at Tech Defenders from August 2019 to January 2022. Before transitioning to CFO roles, they served as the Vice President of Finance at Nucraft Furniture from March 2013 to July 2019. James also gained valuable experience as the Corporate Controller at X-Rite from June 2010 to February 2013, overseeing a global accounting team. James began their professional career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager in Assurance Services from February 2009 to June 2010. Prior to that, they worked at BDO USA, LLP as a Manager in Assurance Services from November 2003 to February 2009. James started their career at Dupuis & Ryden, where they began as a Senior Associate in 2000 and worked on audits and tax preparation for privately held companies.

James Doletzky began their education at Grand Valley State University in 1995. James studied there for two years but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. In 1997, they transferred to Eastern Michigan University and graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting.
