Devin Roy II, MBA, PMP, serves as Vice President and Project Manager at Olivier, Inc. since June 2014, with a robust track record in managing large-scale construction bond programs for various independent school districts, including the $775M bond program for Humble Independent School District in 2022. Previously, Devin held roles in project management and controls, systems analysis, and document control across multiple educational institutions. Notably, Devin was instrumental in implementing construction management software during the 2018 Humble Independent School District bond program and managed significant projects such as the $798M Aldine Independent School District renovations. Before joining Olivier, Inc., Devin worked as an Assistant IT Analyst at Norton Rose Fulbright, providing IT support, and as a Document Controls Specialist on the Dallas Love Field Modernization Program. Devin holds a B.S. in Political Science and Government from the University of Houston and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston-Downtown.
