Marshal Tomy

Marshal Tomy is a skilled construction management professional with extensive experience in project coordination and engineering. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Olivier, Inc. since June 2020, Marshal is responsible for fostering positive relationships among customers, contractors, and consultants, while effectively managing project timelines and budgets using PROCORE. Previously, Marshal worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Houston, focusing on innovative financing strategies for small businesses in hurricane-prone regions, and held the position of Project Engineer at Lurdh Matha Constructions, overseeing field supervision for commercial and public infrastructure projects.
