Amber Kb Wilson

Amber KB Wilson is a Senior UX Designer at Comcast since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Founder & CEO of Olivus, starting in 2022. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Lion Interactive as a Senior Product Designer and Product Designer, collaborating with B2B and B2C clients on UX, UI, and branding challenges. Before that, from 2011 to 2021, they worked as an Independent Designer. In 2021, they were the Founding Lead Product Designer at The Stylish Closet, where they led UI design, UX design, user research, and project management. From 2018 to 2021, Amber held roles at Customer Lobby, including Office Manager/Executive Assistant and Office Coordinator. Amber also has experience as a Facilities Coordinator at Planned Parenthood Northern California from 2016 to 2017, an Administrative Assistant at RACO Manufacturing & Engineering from 2015 to 2016, an Office Manager/Receptionist at Jaffe-Schlossberg, Inc. in 2013, and a Site Services Coordinator/Receptionist at KIXEYE from 2013 to 2013.

Amber KB Wilson's education history includes attending Designlab in 2020-2021, where they pursued a degree in UX/UI design. From 2018-2020, they studied Graphic & Interactive Design at Foothill College, earning an Associate of Arts - AA degree. In 2009-2012, they attended the Academy of Art University, focusing on Web Design/New Media. Lastly, from 2016-2019, they studied Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling at Diablo Valley College. Additionally, Amber has obtained several certifications, including a UX Webflow Bootcamp Certificate from DubsTech, as well as various diversity, inclusion, and communication-related certifications from LinkedIn.
