Sales and Retail Team

The Sales and Retail Team at Ollie Quinn is responsible for enhancing customer experiences in-store, guiding clients through their selections of prescription glasses, sunglasses, and non-prescription polarized sunglasses. Team members, including Sales Associates, Optical Assistants, and Frame Stylists, work collaboratively under the leadership of Store Managers to ensure product knowledge and exceptional service standards are met. They assist with fittings, manage inventory, merchandise displays, and provide optometric support to meet the eyewear needs of customers in the UK and Canada.
