Daniel Burch has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Daniel is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Ollie since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Panera Bread where they held various roles including SVP of Financial Planning & Corporate Development from January 2020 to July 2022, VP of Financial Planning from January 2015 to December 2019, Director of Financial Planning from January 2013 to January 2015, and Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits Planning from October 2011 to January 2013. Before joining Panera Bread, Daniel worked at PepsiCo as a Finance Manager for Gatorade Pricing & Revenue Strategy from May 2010 to September 2011, and as a Senior Analyst for Pepsi Beverages Strategy & Business Development from August 2008 to May 2010. Their early career began at Citigroup, where they served as an Associate in Corporate Strategy & Business Development from July 2004 to June 2006, and as a Financial Analyst in Investment Banking from July 2002 to July 2004.

Daniel Burch obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Harvard University, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, completing the program between 2006 and 2008.
