Fern Mandujano

Fern Mandujano is a seasoned professional in customer experience management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Manager at Ollie since May 2022. Prior to this role, Fern held the position of Shift Manager and gained significant experience at KURU Footwear as a Customer Service Representative Team Lead from December 2017 to May 2022.
