Kelsey Urban

Kelsey Urban has a strong background in marketing and customer experience. They have held various roles such as Senior Member Experience Manager at Ollie, Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Athena Club, and Retention Manager at Prose. Prior to this, Kelsey worked as a Coordinator in Email Marketing at FULLBEAUTY Brands and as a Marketing Coordinator at Smart Design. They also gained experience as a Marketing Assistant at Kidd Group during an internship. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science in Fine and Studio Arts / Media Communication Studies from Florida State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies.
