Karen Martin

Karen Martin is an experienced professional with a strong background in retail management and leadership. Currently serving as District Manager and Team Leader at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. since September 2014, Karen focuses on training, leadership development, team building, recruitment, customer service, sales, operations, and business expense controls. Prior experience includes a tenure as Store Manager at TJX Companies from June 2003 to September 2014 and as Regional Merchandise Coordinator at Liz Claiborne from 1992 to 1998.
