Tracy Adams

Tracy Adams is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of HR Associate Relations and Compliance at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. since July 2022, following a role as Sr Manager Field HR and Compliance. Prior to this, Tracy held the position of Human Resources Director at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course for a brief period in early 2022. A significant tenure was spent at RITE AID from December 1998 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing corporate HR services and overseeing litigation paralegals in administrative claims and legal matters for approximately 2400 stores. Tracy holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources/Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
