Benjamin D. has extensive experience in engineering leadership roles. Benjamin is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Olly Olly, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, Benjamin worked at Plato as a Plato Mentor in Engineering Leadership starting from January 2017. Benjamin then joined Veritone as the Vice President of Engineering for aiWARE in June 2021 until April 2023. Benjamin also worked at Coupa Software as the Senior Director of Software Engineering from December 2018 to June 2021. Before that, they briefly held the position of Vice President of Software Development at Opus in September 2018. Benjamin's previous experience includes being the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Datto, Inc. from July 2015 to July 2018, and the Vice President of Software Development at CaterTrax from August 2008 to July 2015. Benjamin started their career as a Director of Information Technology at 5LINX Enterprises, Inc. in February 2003 before progressing to various roles within the company. Benjamin began their career as a Software Engineer at Analysts International in March 2001 and later worked as a Fullstack Software Engineer at Applied Graphics Technologies from January 1998 to March 2001.

Benjamin D. holds a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science from the University of West Georgia. Benjamin also earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Leadership from the Jack Welch Management Institute. Benjamin'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science (BS) in History from SUNY Brockport. In addition to their formal education, Benjamin has obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Developer from the Scrum Alliance in August 2016, Management Skills for New Managers from the American Management Association in March 2016, and Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in September 2015.
