Hannah Ingersoll

Hannah Ingersoll has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hannah currently works at OLLY PBC as an Ecommerce Merchandising Associate since April 2022. Previously, they worked at Markwins Beauty Brands Global from October 2020 to April 2022. During their time there, they served as a PIM Administrator, responsible for managing imports and exports of item data and media, coordinating project set-ups, and improving SEO keywords and copy. Hannah also worked as an Ecommerce Customer Care Rep from October 2018 to October 2020, addressing and caring for online retail inquiries and managing fraudulent orders.

Before joining Markwins Beauty Brands Global, Hannah worked at MPS Medical, Inc. from December 2014 to September 2018. There, they held the role of Customer Support Representative, managing customer accounts, processing orders and returns, and providing quick and friendly responses to customer inquiries. Hannah also served as a Production Planner from November 2016 to April 2018, where they scheduled production based on customer demands, communicated effectively with suppliers and internal functions, and managed inventory allocation and order management.

Hannah's work experience also includes a brief stint at Life Science Outsourcing, Inc. in 2014, where they worked in a cleanroom environment, cleaning and assembling medical devices to ensure timely completion of orders.

Hannah Ingersoll attended Claremont High School from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Fine/Studio Arts. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various certifications from Salsify, including the Skills Assessment - Enhanced Content Administration Certification in March 2023, the Workflows Essentials certification in April 2022, the Salsify Foundations Certification in February 2022, the Syndication Proficiency certification in July 2021, and the PIM Proficiency certification in June 2021.
