Jerica Young

Jerica Young currently serves as Packaging Development Director for both OLLY PBC and SmartyPants Vitamins, having previously held the role of Packaging Innovation Director at Grove Collaborative from November 2020 to April 2023. In that position, Jerica established a Packaging and Quality Team, developed a packaging roadmap for Grove’s Beyond Plastic initiative, and ensured compliance with internal standards. Prior experience includes significant roles at Seventh Generation, where responsible for leading package development within the Homecare business unit, and at McNeil Consumer Pharmaceuticals, focusing on testing and evaluation of packaging components. Jerica holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and a high school diploma from Northwood School.
