Jody Kicherer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jody began their career as a Location Brand Manager/Restaurant Manager at Carluccio's in 2002. Jody then worked as a Marketing Manager and Office Manager at Goldschmidt & Howland, where they played a key role in attracting new clients and expanding the business. Jody joined Pro-Teck LLC in 2004 as a Marketing Director and Office Manager, where they implemented a successful marketing plan and contributed to a significant increase in revenue.
In 2006, Jody joined Global Wine Co. as a Marketing Manager, where they directed marketing activities and managed key client accounts. During their time at the company, they successfully drove marketing projects for well-known brands such as Williams-Sonoma, The New York Times, Food & Wine, and Napa Style.
Jody then moved on to The Republic of Tea in 2011, initially working as a Creative Project Manager and Partner Account Manager. Jody effectively managed multiple projects concurrently and consistently delivered them on time and within budget. From 2017 to 2018, Jody served as a Senior Creative & Marketing Project Manager at the same company, overseeing the development and launch of new tea and non-tea products.
In 2018, Jody joined Navitas Organics as a Senior Creative & Marketing Project Manager, responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various product, marketing, sales, and retail projects. Jody managed project schedules, workflows, and priorities, and provided updates to executives.
Most recently, Jody joined OLLY PBC in 2023 as a Creative Project Manager. In this role, they support the packaging and production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and released on time. Jody manages a high volume of projects, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and creates and manages timelines.

Jody Kicherer attended Redwood High School from 1992 to 1995. Following high school, Jody pursued higher education at the Academy of Art University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising with an emphasis in Marketing. This educational journey spanned from 1996 to 2000.
