Lara Pati

Lara Pati has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Lara began their career as an Assistant Controller at Masters Commodity Networks in 2004. Lara then moved on to Soma Beverage Company, LLC, where they worked as a Controller from 2004 to 2010.

In 2004, Lara also joined METROMINT as a Corporate Controller, overseeing financial management functions and implementing new applications. Lara later took on the role of Assistant Controller from 2005 to 2007.

Lara's next position was at Zola Fruits of the World, where they served as VP Finance / Controller from 2011 to 2016. In this role, they managed all aspects of accounting, including cash flow planning and financial statement preparation.

From 2015 to 2020, Lara worked at OLLY PBC, starting as a Controller and driving net profitability through financial forecasting. Lara eventually became the Director of Finance, leading cost savings initiatives and increasing EBIT by 400 basis points. In 2022, they were promoted to VP Finance and successfully managed profitability targets during an economic slowdown.
