Rebecca T. has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2018 as a Food Server at Poke House. In 2019, they worked as an Automated Marketing Intern at 908 Devices, where they focused on B2C marketing automation and email campaigns. Later in 2019, Rebecca became the Director of People Ops at Bit Project, managing teams responsible for onboarding, talent acquisition, and performance evaluations. In 2020, they interned as a Project Management Intern at Launchpad Project Management, participating in real estate investment projects and campaign implementation. Rebecca also served as the VP of Marketing at Ascend UC Davis Chapter, where they demonstrated their leadership skills. In 2020, they were a Brand Ambassador at Max Up, and in 2021, they interned as a GIS Market Data Services Intern at Nasdaq, contributing to data operations and automation projects. Most recently, Rebecca joined OLLY PBC in 2022 as an Ecommerce Retention + CRM Specialist.

Rebecca T. completed their high school education at Westmont High School from 2014 to 2018. Rebecca then pursued a degree in Managerial Economics with a focus on Information Technology Project Management at the University of California, Davis from 2018 to 2022.
