Shelly Benard has a diverse work experience. Shelly started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Plum Organics in October 2014 and later held roles such as Sales Support Coordinator and National Sales Coordinator - Grocery. Shelly received the April 2017 Core Truths Award for their work as a Customer Business Analyst, where they supported account managers and cross-functional partners. From November 2017 to September 2018, Shelly worked as a Client Account Manager at SurveyVitals, Inc. Shortly after, they joined Smoke Guard in September 2018, where they initially worked as a Customer Service Representative and then transitioned to a Technical Customer Service Representative role. In September 2020, Shelly joined OLLY PBC as a Customer Service Representative, providing world-class service to customers and supporting the sales team and supply chain.

Shelly Benard began their education in 2009 at Robert Morris University - Illinois, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Paralegal. Shelly completed their studies in 2011. In 2017, Shelly enrolled at University College - Azusa Pacific University, and they are expected to graduate in 2022. Shelly is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a major in Applied Psychology.
